Norfolk Steel Buildings, contracted by Wellington construction Ltd, completed the steel, cladding and sectional doors for 9 No. quality commercial units at Mobbs Way in Lowestoft.

The cladding was Kingspan KS1000RW, which is composite / insulated double skin panel with a plastisol-coating to the exterior face and a bright white enamel finish to the interior face. The customer chose Goosewing Grey for the majority of the cladding and flashing’s but with Slate Blue corners, barges and soffit.
Guttering was a mill finished aluminium box gutter and concealed by a polyester powder-coated aluminium curved bull-nose soffit.
Steel fire exit doors were high security with anti-jimmy edge and a painted finish from BS or RAL colour range. CERIBOIS thermally rated to 1.8Wm²K.
Electrically operated insulated sectional slide over doors in a plastisol-coated finish, thermally rated to 1.206 Wm²K.
